Hi, I’m Anna!

The founder and director of Anna Paroz Drafting & Design.

Having been in the building industry for over 30 years, I have had the pleasure of working directly with clients and their builders for well over 2000 homes/units in my career, and am thankful to have the opportunity to do what I love every day!

I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the creative process from start to finish and am committed to helping my clients through their journey - whether deciding to build their new home, renovate or extend on their existing one. From Drafting Compliance, Building Design & Drafting to Specifying Fixtures & Finishes; I am dedicated to providing a professional and positive experience for each and every one of my clients. 

Expanding on the vision of your project is something I am extremely passionate about! And I am happy to come to you! We can discuss all of your ideas and concepts on site to work together to establish a clear direction and plan for your project.

So, what does the process look like?

I will help you begin your design process whether it be for a new home, renovation, or extension, in line with your expectations. Your design will be expressed in plan form, ready for building application or for quoting processes, which includes:

First Stage: Creating & providing Floor Plans & 3D images
 

Second Stage: Documentation including detailed floorpans, elevations, slab/footing layouts etc.

Third Stage: Specifying Fixtures & Finishes - if you require this service we will work together to select your desired fixtures and finishes for your new home, renovation or extension to provide to the builder ready to order. Whether your design style be coastal, farm house, hamptons, new york etc we will create a space you will love to suit your style!
